The Family Flower Press

A simple wooden press for preserving leaves, petals and small botanical discoveries gathered during family walks. Two sanded hardwood boards, four brass bolts, and layers of blotting card and corrugated board. Loosen the wingnuts, lay in what you found, tighten a little each day. In about two weeks the colour holds and the paper is dry.
